Recruitment for new members of the Minimum Wage Committee is expected to begin shortly, the Enterprise Minister has confirmed in a written Tynwald answer.
Ramsey MHK Lawrie Hooper asked when the Department for Enterprise planned to replace members whose tenure had expired.
In response, Minister Tim Johnston said the Department had “recently considered and agreed a recruitment approach” and that a full recruitment pack had now been finalised.
The pack will be published on the Public Appointments website, inviting applications from individuals interested in joining the statutory committee, which advises government on minimum wage levels.
