I’m bored of the rain and being soaked through, which results in ditzy me dumping wet clothes on my bedroom floor and then complaining about the smell.
That is hopefully all about to change; the long-range weather forecast is looking optimistic, which also coincides with a new moon (which is meant to bring better weather).
You’ll have read the above, looked out your window, and thought, ‘What is this cow on?!’ Let me explain:
Showers will arrive early this morning, becoming persistent and heavy for a time before largely clearing in the afternoon, with sunny intervals developing.
Temperatures up to 15°C with a light to moderate, mainly southwest wind.
No more rain please
Sunny intervals tomorrow (June 16), with a few outbreaks of rain, most likely during the afternoon/evening, moderate westerly winds and a top temperature up to 16°C.
Hopefully that is the last of the rain, for fingers crossed, quite some time.
Monday is forecast to be bright with sunny intervals and a top temperature up to 16°C.
The wind will be a NW 10-15mph.
A very similar day for Tuesday (June 18) as it is forecast to be dry with sunny spells!!
The wind is starting off with a NW 10-15, increasing to 15-20 later on in the day.
As I use my crystal ball and look into the later part of next week, I sense not a lot of wind, 17C, sunburn, and copious beers. Let us all live in hope.
