The organisers of the Deep South Music Festival have had to cancel the planned live music on Port Erin beach.
They said the decision had been taken after consulting the weather forecast for the south of the island.
A post on Facebook said: “Apologies for the any inconvenience this may case, but general public’s safety is always at the fore of all our decision making.”
Sunset Jet had been due to play the stage tonight.
There will be live music on Sunday.
