Sir Mark Cavendish’s homecoming has been pushed back to Friday due to tomorrow’s weather forecast.
The Manx Missile’s celebration will still start at 1pm at the NSC raceway.
As part of the celebrations, Sir Cav wants to see as many of the island’s children to cycle a lap of the raceway with him, hopefully inspiring the next Manx sporting icon.
Spectators should arrive at the NSC raceway from 12pm and people are asked to be in place and line the NSC raceway by 12.45pm.
