The maternity team at Manx Care will no longer be delivering parenthood education sessions face-to-face.
Instead, the resources will be accessible online as presentations and videos.
Manx Care say this is so that new parents can get immediate access to the information they need any day, any time.
Parent Education
Parent education will be re-branded and information will be delivered in line with NHS England.
All of the topics in the current programme will be covered and signposting will be available so that parents can get in touch with any questions they may have.
Manx Care says that the new format will be reviewed regularly and feedback is welcome, and that if provision becomes available, face-to-face education sessions will be reinstated.
