People trying to fly between Ronaldsway and Gatwick have seen yet another cancellation yesterday, this time due to issues at the London airport.
The route has been particularly beset with issues in recent days, with flights cancelled on both Friday and Sunday nights, while Saturday’s flight was delayed by almost two hours.
On Friday, the airline said that issues with Ronaldsway’s ATC were the blame for the cancellation, however Sunday saw the airline being one of several airlines forced to cancel flights in and out of London airports.
It told passengers: “We’re sorry that your flight has been cancelled. This is due to air traffic control restrictions due to London Gatwick staffing and thunderstorms in the London Airspace.”
