Office space above the Blind Pig in Victoria Street could be converted into flats under a proposed planning application.
Wardsley Limited’s application would see three one-bed flats created.
In its application, the company said the offices “have been unoccupied for approximately five years and demand is currently low”.
Each apartment is accessed off a main stair and consists of a central hallway, kitchen/dining/living area, a bathroom/shower room, and bedroom.
You can view the full application here.
