With snow having fallen overnight, there may be some disruption throughout today, fortunately, we got you covered.
While it may be fine where you are, there is snow on the western side of the island and over high ground.
The amber warning has now been downgraded to yellow.
So here is where we’re up to so far:
Roads
The gritters were out last night, so most places are doing fine.
An update from the cops says the Mountain Road and the Sloc remain shut this morning.
“Arterial routes and most roads across the island are clear or passable with care thanks largely to pre-treatment by our colleagues in the Department of Infrastructure (DoI).
“Colleagues in the DoI are currently working to assess and clear the mountain road with a view to re-opening but as stated, it remains closed at this time until further notice.”
Buses
So far, we’ve not had word from Bus Vannin about any disruption.
Flights
Ronaldsway is doing fine, but heavier snowfall in the UK is leading to some issues today.
Liverpool and Manchester airports have reopened.
Loganair’s flight to Manchester, due to leave at 9:20am was cancelled, as has the return flight that was due in at 11:30am.
So far, the easyJet flights to and from Liverpool are delayed with new departures times this afternoon.
Utilities
Manx Utilities is aware of reports of low pressure and loss of water in the Kirk Michael, Cronk Y Voddy, and Peel Coast Road area.
It said: “Our engineers are on site and looking to restore supplies as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your patience.”
Ferries
Not a worry, just going about their business, very demure.
