An application has been made to build 14 bungalows and a children’s playground next to a landmark pub on the TT Course.
Foxfield Limited plans to build the 14 homes next to the Ginger Hall replacing previous plans for seven homes.
The company plans to build a mixture of two, three and four bedroom bungalows, three of which would be available as affordable housing units, with a commuted sum being agreed for the remaining 0.5 units required.
Its application says: “The houses adopt a predominantly traditional style, with front elevations incorporating recessed elements to further break up their already modest forms.
“Horizontal cladding serves as a distinguishing yet cohesive feature throughout, complemented by dark-coloured window frames, rainwater goods, and roof finishes.”
