The team laying new studs on the east coast road say it is fully open between Ramsey and Liverpool Arms.
As well as installation of road studs, the opportunity was taken to refresh some of the line marking in this area whilst the closure was in place.
From 12pm until 4:30pm today the A3 will be closed to through traffic between Whitebridge Road (junction with Windermere Drive) and the junction by the Liverpool Arms to allow the works to continue.
This closure will also be in place tomorrow (Friday) between 9:30am and 4:30pm.
All properties within the closure will be accessible, and scheduled bus services will be marshalled through the works. All other traffic should use the diversion.
There is a section of the road on the southern end of Baldrine where the road studs have not yet been replaced. This is due to be resurfaced later this year, New Road studs will be installed there after the new surface has been applied.
