Rebecca House has thanked Lets Play and several island football clubs who come together to raise money for the charity.
In total £4,691.90 was raised by Lets Play, run by James McStay and clubs including Onchan, Rushen, Corinthians and Peel.
The money was raised through a charity event in March and will go to support the families and children the charity cares for.
Rebecca House said: “We want to express our heartfelt thanks to Lets Play Football Development Centre and the local football clubs for their incredible support!
“Let’s Play are a private leading football provider on the Island, that gives boys and girls opportunities to pay football in several football programmes.
“A special thank you to James McStay (Owner of Let’s Play), Daniel Baker, Alfie Jacobs, Hugo Dunn, Riley McStay, Joe Wardle and Kyra Bayle (Riley’s sister, who often enjoys respite at Rebecca House) for their support and participation in the cheque presentation.”
