An application has been made to build a four storey house on Ramsey’s North Quay.
Ian Percy’s application for 11-12 West Quay, Ramsey, follows the former building’s demolition.
Built over four floors, the house is shown to have a garage and hallway on ground level with a living room and kitchen on the first floor.
Above that on the second and third floor would be four bedrooms, with the principal bedroom taking the entire top floor, with a balcony.
The plans also show a lift running from the ground to upper levels.
