The top 20 highest earners within Manx Care for the last financial year and the current year to date are all medical staff.
The figures were released in a written Tynwald answer from the Minister for Health and Social Care, Claire Christian MHK.
For the 2024/25 financial year, the highest earner received £451,980, with the group’s combined gross pay totalling £7,140,562.
The majority of this sum, £4,634,373, was classified as basic pay, with allowances accounting for over £2.1 million.
In the current period to October 31 2025, the highest gross payment was £321,625, which was the only agency payment among the top earners.
The total gross pay for the top 20 so far this year is £4,771,332.
The minister noted that the figures were aggregated “due to the potential risk of identifying individuals.”
