Jose and Medo Achieve Chartered Engineer Status

Two DoI engineers, Jose Rodriguez-Fernandez and Medo Elhaddad, have achieved Chartered Engineer (CEng) status with the Institution of Civil Engineers.

The recognition denotes exceptional technical competence and leadership. Both engineers work within the Department’s Highway Services Division.

Minister for Infrastructure Dr Michelle Haywood MHK said: “I am incredibly proud of Jose and Medo for their outstanding dedication and achievement in attaining Chartered Engineer status.

“Their professionalism and expertise enhances our capacity to design and deliver resilient infrastructure across the Isle of Man. They are shining examples of the talent and commitment within our department.”

The DoI said the achievement reflects the engineers’ commitment to delivering innovative and sustainable solutions for the island’s infrastructure network.
