The Isle of Man Constabulary recorded 24 police conduct complaints in the year to March 31, 2026, according to figures released by the Justice and Home Affairs Minister.
All 24 complaints were handled under Schedule 1 of the Police Act 1993 and were referred to the Police Complaints Commissioner for supervision consideration.
The time taken to formally record them was:
- 7 complaints in under 7 days
- 4 complaints within 8–14 days
- 7 complaints within 15–28 days
- 6 complaints after more than 28 days
The Minister said all conduct complaints are recorded, and none were received but left unrecorded.
Complaints that do not meet the criteria for police conduct, typically issues about service delivery, are logged separately as Customer Dissatisfaction matters.
