Lush Bakes has picked up three Great Taste 2026 one‑star awards for its Lemon Meringue Fudge, Eton Mess Fudge and Karoo Rusks.
The products were judged by the Guild of Fine Food as part of the world’s largest blind‑tasted food and drink accreditation scheme, with more than 15,000 entries assessed.
The bakery, which specialises in small‑batch fudge, biscuits and South African‑inspired rusks, has now collected 12 industry accolades in just three years.
Founder Wynand Noortman said: “We’re overjoyed to have Lemon Meringue Fudge, Eton Mess Fudge and Karoo Rusks recognised by Great Taste.”
“From our commercial kitchen on the Isle of Man, we’ve focused on celebrating Manx ingredients and small-batch craft. These awards, and the continued support from our local suppliers and customers, mean everything to our team.”
