MAC Group has become a Corporate Partner of Manx Wildlife Trust, strengthening its commitment to sustainability and efforts to protect the island’s environment.
Manx Wildlife Trust, founded in 1973, is the island’s leading conservation charity, working to safeguard wildlife, habitats and ecosystems while engaging communities and businesses in nature recovery.
The partnership will give MAC Group staff opportunities to take part in volunteering, educational events and conservation projects across the island.
Managing Director Ed Walter said the business was “deeply rooted in the Isle of Man” and recognised the importance of protecting the environment that makes the island “such a special place to live and work”.
He said the partnership reflects MAC Group’s commitment to responsible business practices and will help colleagues gain a deeper understanding of local conservation work.
The move forms part of MAC Group’s wider CSR and community programme.
In under three years, the company has raised more than £31,500 for charitable causes, supported local events and sponsored sports clubs and theatre productions.
