Road traffic restrictions will remain in place despite the amended Manx Grand Prix and Classic TT schedule.
Cycling on the Mountain Road is prohibited until Monday, August 31, at 4.30pm.
The police will continue to patrol in both marked and unmarked units for the remainder of the planned MGP period.
Temporary speed restrictions on the two-way Mountain Road will also remain in place.
International visitors have been reminded to drive on the left.
In a statement, the police said: “We are asking riders and drivers to make sensible, informed decisions so you can enjoy the event and get back safely to your loved ones.”
