Locate Isle of Man, in partnership with University College Isle of Man, has launched the 2026 Young Professional Survey, the latest update to its research last carried out in 2023.
The survey aims to build a clearer picture of the employment routes, study choices and career decisions of young Manx professionals, whether they are working on‑island or elsewhere.
It explores why people stay, leave or return, alongside their current roles, future intentions and the types of support that might encourage them to build their careers in the Isle of Man.
Findings will feed into government planning and support Locate Isle of Man’s Graduate Ecosystem.
