This weekend marked the 125th Andreas produce show.
The show attracted many varied and “excellent” entries and lots of happy visitors.
Sir John and Lady Lorimer were shown the range of exhibits by Show Chairman Jackie Faragher and accompanied by Andreas Captain of the Parish David Martin.
The show committee congratulated the many prize winners and all those who made the effort to enter and show the judges their skills.
One of the shows committee members took up the challenge of researching and gathering up information on the Show’s colourful history including personal memories of very competitive actions.
Kirree Callow undertook a lot of work and produced a fascinating display including hand made decorative numbers from individual felt leaves.
