Manx event rider Karie Bridson and her horse Woodfield Podge have gone double clear in the duos second novice class together.
Karie and eight-year-old Podge were competing at Allerton Park Horse Trials in Yorkshire on Sunday (September 22) where they finished 12th.
The pair scored a 36.5 in the dressage, jumped a clear round in the 1.15m showjumping, and had no jumping faults in the 1.10m cross country.
On the cross country, they picked up 15.20 penalties for time faults, but Karie said she’s “super happy with such a confident round”.
They will head to Kelsall Hill in Cheshire on Saturday (September 28) to contest in the novice section.
