Around 2,300 people will soon receive a Winter Bonus to help them heat their homes during the colder months.
The payment is worth up to £350 and is designed to support the most vulnerable in the community.
It is paid to you if you receive Income Support for any day in the first week of January in any year and you meet the qualifying conditions set out below:
- A pensioner, disability, incapacity or disabled child premium;
- An allowance for a child aged under 5
