Kiki Lounge has been name one of Great Britain’s Top 50 Cocktail Bars 2025, coming in at 49 on the list.
Recognised alongside some of the country’s most iconic venues, it places Kiki Lounge on the map as one of Great Britain’s must-visit cocktail destinations.
The Top 50 Cocktail Bars list, unveiled at the annual awards ceremony in London on February 11, celebrates the best in the industry, with rankings determined by votes from leading bartenders, bar owners, drinks writers, and hospitality experts.
Kiki Lounge’s recognition follows a string of accolades, including Bar of the Year at the Spirits Business Awards 2024, a 1 PIN Excellent rating from The Pinnacle Guide, and a nomination for Sustainable Bar of the Year at this year’s awards. In addition to the bar’s individual accolade, Assistant General Manager Keoghan Taylor was also nominated for the ‘Rising Star’ award.
Never Believed
Co-founder Drew Fleming shared his excitement: “We never believed this award was attainable for us.
“The Isle of Man is still early in its cocktail culture development, and with these awards being voted for by an anonymous academy of industry experts, journalists, and bar owners, the reality is that those voters don’t often make it out to our little island.
“By its very nature, that makes recognition like this incredibly difficult to achieve, so to find ourselves listed among Great Britain’s best bars is beyond anything we imagined.
“This is truly the peak of what we thought was possible for a bar on the Isle of Man, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the support of our loyal guests and our unbelievably hard-working team.”
Proof
Co-founder Jamie Lewis added: “It’s been a lot of f*****g hard work, to be honest. Almost two years ago, we made the decision to change our trajectory—our venue, our menu, our training programme—and this award is proof that we’re on the right track. Hospitality is a tough gig, especially in the current economic climate.
“But accolades like this make it all worthwhile. More importantly, it’s a massive boost to the incredible team that dedicate their working lives to Kiki Lounge.
“It’s confirmation that hospitality is a worthy career choice, and that even on a small island, we can stand alongside the best bars in Great Britain. We’ve come a long, long way since a pop-up discotheque on Loch Promenade, and we could not be happier.”
As Kiki Lounge continues to evolve, guests can expect more exciting collaborations, events, and an ever-evolving cocktail menu that keeps raising the bar for creative drinks and hospitality.
