The road up to Agneash will close to pedestrian and vehicular traffic for other a month starting next week.
The road, which even the DoI map lists as Mines Road, will close from its junction with Wheel Hill to the northern boundary of Wibbilly Wobbilly Cottage from 6am on March 20 until 6pm on May 2..
Residents’ access will be maintained.
The closure has been requested by Island Drainage and Groundworks on behalf of the DoI for the purposes of asphalt overlay works.
