The fault that affected runway lighting at Isle of Man Airport has been fixed.
An airport spokesperson said the lighting on Runway 08/26 “has been successfully repaired and full lighting capability has been restored”.
Yesterday (October 26), easyJet blamed a fault with the runway lighting for the cancellation of a flight out to Liverpool.
According to the IoM Airport website this afternoon, Loganair’s 3.10pm flight to Manchester and its 6pm flight to Liverpool have been cancelled today (October 27), along with the return arrivals (5.30pm and 7.55pm) from those destinations.
But other departures and arrivals are listed as on schedule.
