Permission has been granted for an urgent question to be asked about the island’s contract with the Great North Air Ambulance Service.
Jason Moorhouse will ask Health Minister Claire Christian to provide an update on the contract negotiations with the GNAAS over the continuing operations of the service.
The charity’s CEO has told Manx Radio that the current contract is due to end in the coming weeks and it cannot absorb the costs.
It is one of two urgent questions from Mr Moorhouse who will also ask DESC Minister Daphne Caine what factors led to the decision to vacate the Nunnery and what assessment has been made on the impact on future applications to degree and post degree level courses?
