Steam Packet Meets Roblox

A local teenager has created a computer game inspired by the Steam Packet Company.

17-year-old Toby Kelly has built a custom Roblox game inspired by the Steam Packet’s ferries.

The company says his game has brought “the sights, sounds, and adventures of life on deck to the digital world”.

Toby and his team started his project last year and told the Steam Packet “its a dream to come true to see the boats come to life and give people the experience of sailing, right from check-in to experiencing the virtual passenger lounges”.

Roblox is an online platform where anyone can create and play games built by other users.
