Employees at Utmost International Isle of Man, have raised over £8,800 for local charities after taking part in a 24-hour fundraising challenge.
As part of the inaugural Utmost Talent Initiative, two teams were each handed £500 with one goal: to turn it into as much money as possible for charity in just 24 hours.
Across the day, employees took to the streets of Douglas and rallied at company HQ, raising money through TT merchandise sales, car washes, sweet stalls, wellbeing raffles, and even slushie stations.
In total, the two teams raised over £8,850 for Hospice Isle of Man and Victim Support Isle of Man.
24 Hour Challenge
Team Aspire, made up of David Sherwood, Ellie Duchars, Bethany Hamilton, and Alex Kneale, took the top spot, raising an impressive £5,635 in support of Hospice IOM.
The Utmost Victim Supporters, including Craig Fletcher, Tom McNee, Kerrie Woolland, and Laura Dickinson, raised £3,215 for Victim Support IOM through a day-long fundraising effort at the Utmost office.
The challenge is part of a three-month programme developed by Utmost International in partnership with the Limitless Group.
It is designed to push high-potential employees out of their comfort zones and into real-world scenarios.
