A Coastguard helicopter airlifted a patient from Noble’s Hospital on Thursday evening.
The patient was moved from the hospital by ambulance before being transferred to the helicopter.
A spokesperson for His Majesty’s Coastguard told Manx.News:
HM Coastguard was tasked to support the medical transfer of a patient from the Isle of Man today, 4 September. The tasking began at approximately 7:30pm, with a Coastguard helicopter and the Crosby and Southport Coastguard Rescue Teams currently involved in the response.
