Caomhan Canny will make his Isle of Man TT debut in 2026. The Donegal rider joins Scott Racing for a multi‑class campaign as he steps up from the Manx Grand Prix.
Canny will ride an Aprilia RSV4 in the Superbike, Superstock and Senior races, an Aprilia RS660 in the Sportbike class, and his own Suzuki GSX‑R600 in the Supersport races.
The move brings added structure and technical support after seasons spent managing much of his programme himself, with winter testing in Spain focused on mileage and setup work.
TT Debut
His rise on the Mountain Course has been rapid. After injury halted his 2024 progress, he returned to win the 2025 Manx Grand Prix Senior and became the 35th rider to join the “Tommy Club” with a 120.229mph lap.
Despite this being his first TT, Canny says the focus is on learning: “Even completing the Senior TT would be a huge achievement. I’m happy to ride at a pace I’m comfortable with and keep improving.”
Team boss Trevor Scott said Canny has already shown the maturity needed for the step up, with 2026 marking the next phase of his development on competitive machinery and with experienced guidance.
