Maria Costello and passenger Shaun Parker are both reported as being conscious and talking after their crash this evening.
They were involved in the red flag incident that brought a halt to this evening’s qualifying.
Their sidecar, number 28, came off at Brandish during the second lap of the first qualifying session.
Ms Costello was taken to Noble’s Hospital for further assessment with reported head injuries, while Mr Parker is said to have leg and arm injuries.
