Christa Cain recorded a superb new 10km road personal best, just two days after competing in the 5,000 metres at the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow.
Cain left Glasgow the morning after her track race and travelled straight to Germany, where she lined up for a 10km event in Berlin.
She produced an outstanding run, clocking 34:19, continuing her strong form from the Games.
