Twenty‑two Isle of Man food and drink products have been recognised in the 2026 Great Taste Awards, the highest number of Manx successes in three years.
The internationally respected scheme, run by the Guild of Fine Food, saw ten island businesses receive accreditation across categories ranging from artisan meats and baked goods to confectionery and seasonings.
This year’s winners were Billy Boy Limited, Ballacosnahan Farm Ltd, Devereau & Son Ltd, Isle of Man Meats, Isle of Man Salt Co., Jan Browns, Lush Bakes Ltd, PopCornaa, The Fish Market at Robinsons and Viva Cento.
Ballacosnahan Farm owner Jenny Shepherd, whose business has now earned 22 Great Taste awards, said the recognition was “incredibly rewarding”, particularly for its Manx Loaghtan charcuterie.
The awards attract more than 14,000 entries each year and are judged through blind tasting by over 500 experts, making Great Taste accreditation one of the industry’s most respected marks of excellence.
