Andrew Corrin has withdrawn from the House of Keys election contest.
He was a candidate in Arbory, Castletown and Malew.
But he said: “It was a tough decision to declare to stand in the election and I feel this decision is even harder but, after a valuable insight into the election process, I’ve decided now is not the right time for me or my family. So I won’t be continuing to run in the election this time and won’t be formally submitting my application.”

The candidates who have declared in Arbory, Castletown and Malew are: Juan Christian, Steve Crowther, Mark Firth, Kirrie Jenkins, Jason Moorhouse, Abby Quirk, Geoff Sutcliffe.
