The fourth running of the infamous Tough Mucka obstacle race will take place at Cronk Honna a week on September 27, and you haven’t got long to get involved.
Entries for the event, supported by Conister Bank, close this Sunday (September 20), as organising charity Isle Listen makes final preparations for what is sure to be another excellent day of mud-filled mayhem.
Participants aged 15 and over can choose between a 5km and 10km route, with a 2km route available for children aged 10-14. All funds raised will go to supporting the charity’s Mental Health Education Programme across the island’s schools, helping build resilience in young people on the Isle of Man.
Volunteers are still required for the day’s activities. Anyone willing to devote their time to being part of this year’s event should contact Isle Listen’s fundraising team at fundraising@islelisten.im.
