Culture Vannin is inviting anyone curious about learning Manx to join a free Blass Beg workshop on later this month.
On Saturday, September 26 sessions will run simultaneously in Ramsey, Douglas, Port Erin and Peel.
The informal, beginner‑friendly workshops run from 10am to 1pm and form part of the Cooish Vooar Manx Language Festival.
Qualified Manx teachers will lead games, activities and simple introductions to everyday words and phrases, aimed at adults and accompanied young people from Year 7 upwards.
Year of the Manx Language Coordinator Tiffany Kerruish said Manx is increasingly visible across the Island, from place names and signage to music and community events, and encouraged anyone with an interest to give it a try.
