Women from across the Isle of Man’s business community were recognised this week at the Elevate You Award.
More than 140 people gathered at Woodbourne House in Douglas for the second annual ceremony.
Four accolades were presented: Entrepreneur of the Year went to Kate Parsons of Rehablab Physiotherapy; Solopreneur of the Year was awarded to Megan Coulthurst of Embrace Wigs; Leader of the Year went to Rebecca McNair of Isle Listen; and the new Inspirational Woman of the Year award was presented to Jessica Welch of Space4Action.
Five Highly Commended awards were also announced: Bridget Carter (Bridge to Justice), Dr Karen Wilson (Mannin Doctors), Hazel Stewart (Hansard Global), Siobhan Milnes (Institute of Directors) and Laura Stewart (Manx Care).
The ceremony included a panel discussion featuring last year’s winners Alicia Woodward of Capital International and Catherine Davis of Rex Physiotherapy Services, who shared insights with attendees and moderator Lisa Karran.
Founder Louise Wheeler, who launched the awards in 2025 and also leads LC Consultancy, said the event had seen double the number of entries compared to last year, with demand for tickets “astounding”.
