Douglas South came under the spotlight in Manx.News’ live Vote 2026 Election Programmes earlier this week.
Candidates standing in the constituency attended the bespoke Vote 2026 studio to debate issues raised by viewers, plus topics that came up during in a short film report by the Manx.News political team.

Subjects raised included decision making in government, tourism, travel, environmental goals and economic affordability and immigration.
Dean Bolton (Change), Claire Christian, Arid Hall, Lena Lenarduzzi and Sarah Maltby (Manx Labour Party) all were given the opportunity to have their say by programme host Richard Slee.
