People across the Isle of Man are being invited to take part in a survey assessing the impact of this year’s Autism Acceptance Month campaign.
The survey is open to everyone, not just autistic people or those with a family connection to autism, with organisers keen to gather feedback from the wider community on awareness and acceptance of autism.
Events during Autism Acceptance Month in April included a launch event at Douglas City Hall, public meetings, landmark buildings being illuminated in green and yellow, and the introduction of a “Quiet Hours” initiative in participating shops.
The feedback will help shape future work under the Isle of Man’s Autism Spectrum Condition Strategy and identify areas where awareness campaigns can be improved.
The survey closes on November 5.
