Manx Utilities is warning motorists of a road closure in Laxey starting today.
It is to allow urgent works to be carried out on the water network ahead of planned resurfacing.
The area affected is the middle section of Ballagawne Road, between Ballacojeen and Ballaskerroo, which will be closed to all traffic from November 6, for up to 10 working days.
Diversions will be in place for access to all properties.
A spokesperson for Manx Utilities said: “We apologise for the short notice and any inconvenience caused, and thank you for your patience and understanding while these essential works are completed.”
