Police are appealing for witnesses following an altercation in Douglas last month.
It happened on Howard Street and Strand Street area at around 2pm on Thursday 29th February.
The incident involved a male and a female who were sat on a bench outside the former and now vacant premises of Ron Smith’s Barbers situated between the side of WH Smith and the travel agency on the corner of Strand Street.
The male involved is believed to have been holding a bunch of flowers at the time.
