The Northern Neighbourhood Policing Team are appealing for witnesses following a ‘Fail to Stop Road Traffic Collision’ (RTC) which occurred on Queens Drive West in Ramsey.
The incident happened between midnight on Sunday, April 7 and 1pm on the the same date.
During this time, a wing mirror has been knocked of a parked vehicle by another vehicle.
