The Isle of Man Constabulary are currently investigating an incident that occurred at 9pm on Sunday June 2, involving a blue Audi A4 and another vehicle on the New Castletown Road.
The incident took place between Fort North roundabout and the Home of Rest for Old Horses.
It is believed there were a number of passing vehicles that witnessed the incident.
The police force ask that anyone who witnessed, or has information that could assist in the investigation of this incident, contact PC 90 CLAGUE at Police Headquarters Douglas by phoning (01624) 631212, or alternatively via Crime stoppers on 0800 555 111 where information can be given anonymously.
