Court action brought by Ramsey Town Commissioners against the owner of a dilapidated property has been adjourned.
Magistrates heard an update on the case on Thursday.
The case relates to a property on Ballure Road, owned by Ralph Starkie, who lives off-island.
Advocate Michael Jelski said the local authority is hoping to progress matters without the matter requiring further court action.
The case was adjourned until October 10.
