Onchan Silver Band has placed third in its section at the 2026 North West Regional Championship.
The event, held in Blackpool, sees dozens of bands competing.
Onchan, led by David Karran, finished third in the fourth section, which will see it promoted up to the third section.
The band said: “Thank you to all the messages of support. A brilliant weekend for all the Manx bands.”
Manx Youth Band and Manx Concert Brass have also had a good weekend on the Lancashire coast with MCB being placed 6th in the First Section and MYB 8th in the Fourth Section.
Ramsey Town Band was placed seventh in the third section, a strong showing given its promotion from the fourth section last year.
All three Manx bands congratulated each other on their performances in posts on Facebook.
