Laxey host Corinthians on Saturday as the two sides put their title credentials to the test.
Alongside Rushen the sides are level on points at the top of the Cananda Life Premier League, with only goal difference separating them.
The two sides will meet at Glen Road on Saturday with Johnny Palmer’s side having the unenviable task of stopping the almost free scoring Corinthians front line.
However, the Miners have started the league well and it is likely going to be a tight affair.
Unbeaten
While Rushen will look to pounce on any slip-ups down Laxey, they have a tricky game themselves as they head to Onchan to face the unbeaten Might O’s who are in fourth after a great start to the season.
Meanwhile, defending champions Peel will return to action after last week’s games were postponed following the tragic death of Kian Broadhead.
The Westerners face Braddan as they look to jumpstart their title defence with them already eight points off the leaders with a game in hand.
Elsewhere in the top flight St Marys host Ramsey, Union Mills head to Old Boys and St Johns welcome Ayre.

With pace setters Castletown having free week, the rest of the Ardern & Druggan Division Two sides have a chance to shine this week as Colby will look to extend that gap between the top two and the rest.
The Moonlighters face a trip to Marown who know they already need a win to stop the top two heading off on a season long procession.
There is also a chance for fourth placed Pulrose to try and reel in the top two as they go to St Georges while third placed Malew head to Douglas Royal.
The other game sees D&D host RYCOB.
