Lezayre Parish Commissioners has confirmed its board has been elected unelected.
All five Commissioner vacancies have been filled on the board.
Existing Commissioners Julian Teare, Karl Brew and Carl Huxham will be joined by Dean Bexon-Ingham and Mary Phillips.
Where elections are held on the island, it will be on Thursday April 24.
