With just over eight weeks to go, Bushy’s TT Village has begun a major recruitment drive as preparations ramp up for its return to the Villa Marina Gardens.
Dave Wookey of Key Bar Events confirmed that the team secured its licence last week and is now seeking around 200 staff, with up to 110 working on the busiest nights.
Roles include bar staff, managers and support positions.
“We start recruiting as soon as the licence is in place,” he said, noting that while a small number of 16‑ and 17‑year‑olds can be employed, most roles require staff aged 18 and over due to alcohol service.
Applications can be submitted online via the Key Bar Events recruitment portal.
Wookey said the event’s scale brings a significant boost to the local economy, with around 45 contractors involved in building and running the site each year.
