Laxey Primary School pupils enjoyed a day of sun and donuts on the beach as student Carter took control.
Carter was chosen to be head teacher for the day and it’s safe to say he nailed it.
Taking the students down to Laxey beach for a fun filled day, Carter also arranged for donuts from Gourmet Shakes to be delivered.
As if that wasn’t enough, he also made sure the school day ended with a disco.
The school said: “What a brilliant Headteacher he’s been! Ending the day with a disco was the perfect touch. 
“Well done, Carter – you smashed it!”
