The Home of Rest for Old Horses looking for new directors to join its board.
There are currently seven members on the board which manages the charity.
It is particularly keen to heard from people with marketing, fundraising, legal or HR skills.
The charity manages an 92-acre estate and provides a forever home to 53 horses and 13 donkeys on Richmond Hill, Douglas.
This is an unpaid voluntary role, and the directors are not remunerated.
